Follow-Up Session (45 min)

Ongoing, results-driven support to help you implement and refine your protocol. These sessions are where real progress is shaped: we review your lab results (if new), fine-tune your plan, troubleshoot challenges, and introduce the next phase of your strategy.

Follow-ups are designed to keep you supported, accountable & continually moving forward so you never feel stuck or alone.
