I promote a whole-food, fiber-rich way of eating as the foundation for health. Some of the recipes I share may include oil, plant-based swaps for animal products, or minimally processed ingredients—and that’s totally okay. The goal isn’t perfection, but progress: aim for at least 85–90% of your daily food choices to come from real, whole foods.
