The Well Within Virtual Fitness program is designed to coach, motivate, and encourage women to get in the best shape of their life using top of-the-line home fitness programming. Participation in this program can be done anywhere in the US and Canada and on your own time from your computer. Cynthia Ray will provide daily accountability, coaching and motivation via a private Facebook page or virtual fitness app.
Virtual Fitness Challenges are open to men and women of all ages. Challenge Groups last for 21 days per round and begin at the first week of each month. Challengers can continue in monthly challenge groups as long as needed.
Week 0: Program Orientation Week and personal development reading, meal planning and program overview
Week 1-3: Daily workouts, nutrition education, accountability
Monday: "Motivation Monday"
Tuesday: "Tasty Tuesday" recipes and cooking tips
Wednesday: "Workout Wednesday": fitness education and tips
Thursday: "Testimony Thursday": accountability check in and share progress
Friday: "Fun/Flex Friday": game or challenge day
Saturday/Sunday: meal planning and preparation
